The concept, developed back in 2009, was proposed to developers in Vietnam and Saudi Arabia. The building will be implemented on a 20-hectare site and will number 70 stores. The team in charge of the project is convinced that this will help strengthen the economy of Tanzania, which has been hit by the pandemic situation.
