One of the main features of the building is the slide inside. The attraction is perfect for summer, when residents can use it and have a little fun sliding from the main roof terrace into the courtyard. The garden is the perfect place to have a break after a long day, sitting in vans with lighting and Wi-Fi.

There are colorful letterboxes in the lobby, wall art, space chairs, and a London taxi transformed into a bar. In addition, outside the building, there is a Tea Party Garden. The space is decorated with crystal chandeliers, lights, and colorful flower pots.

The prices of the apartments range from 1,824.57 dollars per month for studio and four-room apartments.
