This quarter presents the latest design and architectural developments and was built on the site of the former airport.

Zaha Hadid Infinitus Plaza project

The Infinitus Plaza spans an underground metro tunnel that is divided into two buildings with multiple levels. The facility is located on eight floors in the form of a series of endless rings that improve interaction and communication between all departments. The connected bridges feature flexible staff accommodation. Bridges also connect offices to other shopping areas and food courts.

Zaha Hadid Architects New Project

Located in Guangzhou’s humid subtropical climate, the building is designed and built in accordance with all well-known modern economic building codes. They have been able to reduce the carbon footprint by optimizing the design and decreasing the amount of concrete.

For the construction, the British design and architecture firm used predominantly converted materials, mainly steel, copper, glass, aluminum alloy profiles, gypsum products, and wood.
