Now, three years have passed after the protests and disputes about racial equity. And Rod came back to Las Vegas, presenting an art installation, called Neon Black 2. The exhibition will last for two weeks and will take place at Herbert in the center of the city.

This time, the base remains the same, but the art has changed. The exhibition arrives today, starting at 6:00 pm and will end at 11:00 pm. It will be free to the public and will be open every day (except Mondays) until July 17th.
